Welcome to our professional rendering platform/policy

Our Rendering policy is as follows: Please be advised that we reserve the right to apply mechanical liens against any and all properties that we apply or our services to, this includes legal actions against the property owners, architects and or engineers that hire our company to design and/or render any structure. Our rendering services start at $35.00 per hour up to $65.00 per hour and can increase based on detail of design. It is understood that all PDF files sent must have detailed measurement for accuracy as well as color selections and materials listed for better detail within the drawing of the renderings. All architect or Engineers must or can provide single layered DWG files for design and or rendering. We also reserve the right to request an upfront fee or retainer fee based on the detail or size of the project prior to work start. Full payment must paid within two weeks of completion.
